From a young age, I discovered a deep passion for photography and was determined to turn it into a successful career. I pursued two years of full-time study in Wellington, which led to a role as a photojournalist for the local newspaper Hawke’s Bay Today, before spending time overseas broadening my experience.

Upon returning home in 2004, and with 10 years of industry experience, I established my own photography business. Since then, I've worked as a freelancer for national news agencies while expanding my expertise in event, commercial and wedding photography.
